The Missouri Department of Natural Resources hosted its annual Earth Day celebrations last week at the Missouri Capitol. Seven hundred students from 40 different classes attended the event with more than 100 adults in tow. The event drew vendors from across the state as more than 30 different booths were set up, allowing the students to learn about everything from bird habitats to good recycling habits. Thank you to all the MoDNR team members who volunteered and withstood the heavy winds to make this event successful.
