DMH Team Member of the Month
The DMH Team Member of the Month recognizes accomplishments of a DMH team member, including their commitment to serving Missouri citizens above and beyond their normal duties, demonstrating a high level of productivity and quality work, a high degree of initiative, exceptional dependability, and continual effective working relationships.
How to nominate: Complete and submit a DMH Team Member of the Month Nomination Form by email to Debra.Walker@dmh.mo.gov and Rachel.Plaggenberg@dmh.mo.gov. To download a nomination form, visit the DMH Intranet, select “Public Affairs,” and then “Team Member of The Month Nomination Form. NOTE: Since this is an intranet (internal) webpage, only state employees will be able to utilize this form of recognition.
Nominations should include specific actions or events, but please do not include identifiable client information. Nominations can be submitted any time, but to be considered for the current month you must submit a nomination before the 15th. You may also submit more than one nomination each month; however, typically only one DMH team member is chosen each month.
Who can nominate: Any DMH team member can nominate another DMH team member.
Reward: When selected as DMH Team Member of the Month, the recipient will receive a certificate and letter from the director and will have the opportunity to be featured on the DMH website and social media channels (if willing). The team member will also be considered for State Team Member of the Month.
