Michael has been with the Drinking Water Unit for many years, and is a wealth of knowledge.  He’s known by everyone in the office as someone who can be approached for advice and guidance on Drinking Water issues.  Furthermore, Michael is always willing to do whatever is needed.  He goes out of his way to assist the systems we work with and never complains.  He’ll take on extra projects, help others with their duties, or anything else that is asked.
