Trevor has demonstrated the MoDNR Values of Stewardship, Collaboration, Integrity, Respect, and Innovation. Trevor continues to provide his knowledge and skill in maintaining the Clean Water sections field test and lab equipment at the highest levels possible and based on the equipment use and exposure to environmental conditions, it is a task at times. He was able to repair the only battery we had to operate the newest composite sampler for less than $40 when a new battery would have cost our organization $180 and put the composite sampler back into use with minimal downtime. His innovation and resourcefulness enabled him to repair a team member’s conductivity meter with parts and pieces on hand which prevented the purchase of a $195 replacement. He continues to be a vital piece of our team, our regional office, and the Department of Natural Resources.
