Senora Cressman, Environmental Analyst in the Asbestos Unit of the Air Pollution Control Program, has been selected as the Division of Environmental Quality Team Member of the Month for March 2025.

Senora was selected for her work in building strong relationships with stakeholders and the public. Her colleague, Chris Dudenhoeffer, commended her for this, “Senora is constantly communicating with stakeholders regarding notifications and general asbestos questions. Senora has earned the respect and appreciation of the stakeholders and the public.” He also attributes the success of the asbestos fee adjustment meetings to Senora’s efficiency and stakeholder relationships.

Additionally, Senora has created efficiencies in the way asbestos notifications are processed, shortening the time in which stakeholders receive Notice of Receipt letters. Regional office team members are also receiving copies of notifications and amendments faster, which helps them with scheduling inspections.
