Monthly Team Member Shout Out
Each month, division directors will give a shout out to a deserving team member during MDA’s monthly department-wide leadership meeting that includes all division directors, deputy director, director, and other members of the leadership team.
How to nominate: To nominate an MDA team member for a shout-out, simply email your recommendation to that team member’s division director.
Who can nominate: Any MDA team member can nominate another MDA team member.
Reward: Team members who are selected will receive recognition from leadership.
Handwritten Letters from the Director
The director will recognize MDA team members based on recommendations from others for outstanding performance and going above and beyond expectations.
How to nominate: To nominate an MDA team member, simply email your recommendation to that team member’s division director.
Who can nominate: Any MDA team member can nominate another MDA team member.
Reward: Team members who are selected will receive a hand written note from the MDA Director, as well as peer recognition.
Missouri State Fair Tickets
Each year every MDA team member receives 2 tickets to attend the Missouri State Fair to show appreciation for their hard work and preparation throughout the year.
How to nominate: There is no nomination necessary, every team member will receive this recognition.
Who can nominate: There is no nomination necessary, every team member will receive this recognition.
Reward: Two general admission tickets to the Missouri State Fair.
