Derek has made substantial improvements to APCP’s case‑tracking system, including clearer tracking of letter authorship and completion dates, improved reporting that enhances coordination with Regional Offices, and better visibility into case progression and next steps. He is also leading the planning and design of future updates, such as integrated penalty calculation tools and ETAP form functionality, which will streamline case management even further.
